PAYMENT

All references to Rupee on this website are in Indian currency. Indian prices are different to international prices due to taxes/duties, and the laws of the countries they have been bought from. In cases of international shipping, prices may vary when logging into the site from different postal codes and locations. Prices are subject to change at any

time, without any notifications. All rights to change prices are reserved by UCRONIE.

Prices of products available at retail outlets are only available within India. No product can be sold for Indian prices outside the country.

Once you arrive at the Payment page during Checkout, be sure to review your Order Summary i.e. your Product, Size, Colour and Shipping Address before you click on “Payment Options”. You can also choose to avail of the Promotion Code, Discount Code or use your Store Credit. You can click back to make adjustments at any time.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

Once you have used your card, there is a lag to your payment reaching the bank and confirmation received by our payment gateway. In most cases, the payments are received well in time but there are instances where there is a downtime on the issuing bank’s server due to maintenance or other technical faults. In the event that this happens, your payment request is turned down. You will then hear from our Customer Care who will help you through the process.

ORDER & SHIPPING PROCESS

As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 8-10 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our shipping agent’s sites. For domestic shipments, it takes around 8-10 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive and 12-15 working days for international shipments.

Note: Sale is on! Due to high order volume, shipping will take 16-20 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please drop us a mail at support.ucronie@gmail.com in and we will get back to you.

The product bought will only be accepted for replacement if they are intimated within 7 days after the delivery and are in perfect condition with no damage, stains, smell or marks whatsoever with tags intact.

Note: Replacement is only applicable with the same merchandise for a different size or you can get a store credit, which is valid for 6 months.

In case of damage:

Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation must be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a time period of one week, else UCRONIE will not be liable to accept the merchandise. We will investigate the damage from our end, repair the merchandise and

courier it back to the designated address. If it is unrepairable, we will replace the piece for you or else give you a store credit.

The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse shall be borne by the customer. UCRONIE will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.

In cases wherein there is a usage of the merchandise even once, we will not replace it or refund you.

UCRONIE acknowledges return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online, and not through retail outlets.
